PREPARE.     PLAY.     PROVIDE.

This is very simply what we do. Whether we are conducting a children's camp, teaching a clinic, or on a mission trip, we seek to do these three things, using golf as our platform to share the gospel of Jesus Christ around the globe.

Prepare hearts to seek the Lord, so that we shall not succumb to the pressures of the flesh.

Play and enjoy fellowship on the most beautiful golf courses in the world.

Provide value by serving others.

The Mulligan Story....

In life, just as in golf, everyone deserves a mulligan. A chance just to start over. Thankfully, we serve a God who is ready and willing to give us that chance.

In May of 2002, Whit Turnbow decided he needed to take HIS mulligan. What he didn't realize was he would have to give up his own plan for his life and follow, wherever God may lead. For a guy who had spent his life preparing for a career on the PGA Tour, this would prove very difficult.

Mulligan Ministries was born out of a call from God to share his story. It has since grown from simply speaking engagements to an emerging 501(c)3 non-profit organization developing golf camps, clinics, and mission trips INTERNATIONALLY!

Now in his 8th year as the Head Men's Golf Coach at Middle Tennessee State University (including 6 trips to the NCAA championship), Whit has shared his testimony, along with many other topics, with THOUSANDS of people including corporations, churches, youth groups, FCA huddles, golf outings, conferences, as well as, civic organizations.

To have Whit speak at your event, donate to the ministry, volunteer, or learn more about upcoming MM events, fill out the form on our Contact page. We look forward to hearing from you!

Whit Turnbow spent 17,600 hours trying to accomplish a singular goal, only to reach a place in his spiritual walk where he realized that a spot on the PGA tour was never in God's plan for him.

At 35, the assistant athletic director and golf coach at Middle Tennessee State University, had spent his life chasing this dream, only to find life taking a different direction than Whit had planned.

New directions, new beginnings is the theme of the upcoming women's conference hosted by Cherie Jobe ministries, and Turnbow a featured speaker.

He's the only male speaker on the schedule, but Jobe calls his message "universal."

"He's got a powerful God story that needs to be told. It doesn't matter if he's speaking in front of women or men, we all walk different paths."

Jobe and Turnbow each grew up in the Bedford County area, and now make their homes in neighboring Rutherford County. Turnbow has just launched Mulligan Ministries, an effort born out of obedience, which took overcoming some fear.
